From the outset we see that there has been a recent separation between Venus and Saturn, which can indicate a contact between them. The querent did not give many indications. Venus here signifies the woman’s physical side and Saturn, being in fall, is also in a sign where Venus is in detriment. This means not only that the querent herself feels uncomfortable in her body, but also that the man does not find her particularly attractive. Saturn, being in fall, is also in a weak position, so Venus also has little attraction towards this Saturn. Something in the recent encounter did not go well on the physical level.
