It is a negative testimony from a financial perspective. But Jupiter, the universal significator of money, can counter-balance this, given how strong he is essentially and accidentally, plus it also disposes the 8th house cusp where Mercury is. And this, being the 11th from the 10th, once again points to the support of her professional network.
