This is a very interesting chart. The querent asked me when she would have her second child, at a time when she was still pregnant with her first. Horary decides to be literal.

The Ascendant is Cancer, with the Moon in domicile precisely in the same sign, although in the 12th House. The Moon in Cancer is the ultimate significator of fertility and reproduction, pointing to her current pregnancy. Jupiter is exalted in the 1st and, although it does not signify the querent, reinforces great fertility, since the planet is contributing with its benefic nature to the rising degree, while also being conjunct the fixed star Sirius that also acts beneficially in this case.
The Lord of the 5th House, which in this chart represents the future baby/pregnancy, is Mars in Pisces in the 9th house. We have the trinity of fertile signs: the 5th House is in the Water sign Scorpio, and its Lord is in Pisces, also a Water sign. This is a strong chart with regard to the intention to have children. Even if the significator of the future baby is a malefic, it is nevertheless a malefic inclined towards fertility and without difficult aspects.
The querent asked when, not whether she would have a second child. Even so, in questions of this kind, we must first determine if there are conditions for that when to be answered meaningfully. When analysing the Moon’s aspects, we see that there is an applying trine with Mars, but with a 15-degree orb, having first to meet four other aspects.
Also, the first aspect of the Moon is a square with Saturn. This is a major red flag. Saturn and the Moon are antagonistic planets, opposed to one another in the zodiac. The Moon is the planet of nourishment, fertility, and the womb that gives life. It is also the planet closest to the Earth, queen of the Tropic of Cancer, which represents the summer solstice, the moment when light is at its greatest and the height of spring is reached, when life flourishes and the fields turn green in all their splendour.
Saturn, by contrast, is the anti-vital, anti-conception planet, the planet of the tombstone. It is visually the most distant from the Earth, lord of the Tropic of Capricorn, which represents the winter solstice, when the night is longest and the fields prepare for decline and the harshness of winter.
It is impossible to ignore this square. We have the Moon in an excellent fertile condition, desirous of reproducing, but colliding head-on, by square, with the great reaper. And there is more. Saturn is in a dreadful zodiacal state, which only worsens the situation. It is in fall, combust by the Sun, unable even to be consistent in what Saturn itself knows how to do. This a clear case of prohibition in horary, with two planets of utterly antagonistic natures, and on top of that in zodiacal conditions that are equally opposed.
In this chart Saturn is Lord 7, 8 and 9 by Regiomontanus, so it also disposes the cusp of the house in which Mars, significator of the baby, is placed, which increases the importance of the impediment. But there is another detail: by being in Aries, Saturn loves Mars. So, this Saturn loves the idea of the second baby, but seems incapable of contributing to the conception. Given that Saturn is Lord 7, it may very well be the querent’s husband/partner. He desires the baby, he wants the second, but he is in far too poor a state to fulfil that desire. His combustion and fall show profound debility. If the querent is extremely fertile, this Saturn is the significator of infertility.
Horary here seems to answer the querent’s question in the following way: before we can think about the possibility of a second child, the condition of this Saturn must first be dealt with, because it represents a clear and serious prohibition. It is an obstacle to which I drew the querent’s attention.
