It’s Monday, so I’ve decided to check the Tarot to see how my week will go. I drew three cards: one for the beginning, one for the middle and one for the end. That gives a nice trine of cards.
The 7 of Pentacles came out as the beginning of the week. It is a fairly accurate representation of what I’m currently dealing with: financial matters. So the first few days won’t deliver what I’m expecting, considering that the decan associated with this card is Saturn in Taurus. I shall expect delays, since we’re talking about the slowest planet of the seven in a fixed Earth sign like Taurus, which is also slow. It will very much feel like pushing against a wall in the beginning of the week.
Then in the middle comes the Ace of Pentacles. That is interesting and much more uplifting. The energy of the element of Earth goes back to the beginning represented by the Ace, so I’m expecting ground-breaking news in financial matters, and I must keep at it instead of letting the morose first days of the week demoralise me.
By the end of the week there is the 3 of Cups. The shift moves from the material realm into the emotional one. Something also expected, since I have a trip planned next weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Considering that the celebration will happen at my mother’s place, Mercury in Cancer, the decan behind the card, emphasizes the maternal, uplifting reunion. A good draw to end the week on a high note.
